Our legal wording reads as a posture rather than a promise: we describe what applies in the regions we can serve and where local law permits access. Account opening depends on your location, your identity checks and the transfer route you pick, which is why JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast each appear by name in the clauses governing money in and
money out. Nothing here widens access beyond supported regions, and nothing here narrows rights that local law already grants you. If a clause conflicts with your jurisdiction, local law decides and we redraft at the next version date. You can raise a question about any sentence through the three channels listed below.
